3 things are happening here???

1. Elvis has left the building and only to return with a R/S.

2. This is very out of character for GMSC , and we may be in some kind of quiet period for buyout or something of equal wieght.

3. The company has recieved a new buyout offer for .04 a share but turned it down because they thought it was to low!!!
