He was in the middle of an event screaming his fool head off like a spoiled child who was demanding his personal way at the expense of the hundreds of other people at that event.

Simple matter of he wanted his way and was going to scream his fool head off until he got it. He was kicking and screaming in a full 2 yr old's tantrum. In my home county, the cops would've hit him back of his head with a 6 cell flashlight just to get his attention.

He was resisting arrest with violence!!!!!!!

Word to the wise. When 4 cops have you on the ground, the game is over and it is time to give up and go quietly. Anything more will just get you hurt.

Also, the video you have been watching is just one of 5 separate videos shot at the event. And the shortest which only shows the last minute or so.
