Mr. Sciacchetano had been heading up the Company's Forex Trading division. He recently fell ill with a serious heart condition, and required hospitalization for several weeks in Toronto. Richard had returned to his home in Florida to recuperate. Given the serious nature of his illness, he has advised Esprit CEO Garr Winters that he can no longer fulfill his corporate obligations without further endangering his health. Peter Presland will take over the entire management of the Forex division in his stead.
Garr Winters announced; "Richard has indicated that he is willing to stay on an advisor and a consultant to the company however he will not be involved in the day to day operation of the business. It is an extremely unfortunate set of circumstances. "We wish Richard the very best and speedy recovery".
