So in response to my question below about a collective suit, I asked the fearless leader of IPEI about the current lawsuit and this was his response.

And I quote

"The lawsuit is true but the rest is pure bullshit. We're not closing down over a 30 000 dollar suit. Companies get sued all the time. Try microsoft for example"
