EDEX now has 225,462,081 shares outstanding. The shares that were issued to the IR firm were my personal shares and will not be reimbursed by the company. The same for the North Dakota acreage and several other projects that will be forthcoming. There will not be a reverse split until there is a good enough reason to. An example would be to get on a larger exchange that would require a higher stock price to qualify. There would also have to be value behind any split so the stock wouldn't go back to the same price. I am trying to run EDEX the best I can and you try to run down EDEX the best you can. Lets see who is better at their job.
