Careful, you are not drinking the Kool-Aid. I got in this when the Opp announcement was first made only to watch the PPS fall to the level we are seeing today. I have been extremely disappointed in the lack of activity on the Opp plant. I really doubt that it will happen at this point. I cannot find anything pointing to the issuance of the IDB bonds nor do I see where the additional funds are coming from.

Just along for the ride now.
