Excellent Post - Management here may just fix things, afterall its their money which was also lost. However playing the "head coach" here and telling the players to regroup and we will prevail, is something they can't handle.
Again, they seem to be handling this disaster by pretending it never happened.
They should "wakeup" eventually,(if they have true management potential).
If you are reading this, and you know them personally, it's time to pick up the phone and be more realistic, and less polite in your demands. Hey its very personal when it is your own money you lost !!
