If those three stooges from hell do not pay the dividend then it becomes theft. This is not your usual pinkyland play. When you take peoples money with a promise to pay and you do not deilver and the payee has no route to "dump" like they would if they just held shares then you will have a date in court.

Anyone thought to have knowledge will get the "conspiracy" tag.

Did any one notice how we have a yeild sign??? PBLS could not play one on the pinksheets.
