Earnest; There is no valid reason that I can think of to incorporate Sulja Building Supplies, Ltd. in August of 2006 other than to covertly acquire the assets of Sulja Bros Building Supplies, Ltd (Ontario) all the while dumping the shares of SLJB (Nevada) an empty shell. Sulja Building Supplies, Ltd never had to be formed if Petars intent was to do what had been advertised and that is merge Sulja Bros Building Supplies, Ltd with Loftwerks and move the Ontario Company into the public shell.

So the only rational and logical conclusion is Sulja Building Supplies, Ltd is not part of the Nevada shell. Heck after Steve sold the assets of Sulja Bros Building Supplies, Ltd to Petar they could have and still might have moved the empty Ontario Corp with the same name into the shell via a stock transfer. Buy the assets and all you have is the empty private Ontario company and move it into the Nevada shell making it appear legitimate. Well that certainly has been blown out of the water today, even if it happened! JMHO
