FINALLY, SOMEONE WHO GETS IT! Think about being in a private Company and showing TOO MUCH net income, where does about 1/3 of that go...HINT: Where you will be sending a big check to when you cash the gain on this puppy.

Actually, I am more pleased with the FUTURE expansion of this shell. It isn't just a retail holding company!
