The company put out a PR explaining to shareholders why this is far from over. The lower court upheld Furr's side without hearing Phoenix's side and PBLS is determined to be heard. People complain they don't get updates and complain more when they do receive them...no win here. Phoenix feels when they present their case law it will over power what the Judge has seen to date. As far as info on the company use your phone and call all the companies listed on our site and see if employees pick up, I bet they will since we own real companies. Cash flow problems may be a direct result of such quick growth and I am certain they are closing the gap rapidly. It would appear at least if Phoenix sells shares its for acquisitions no day to day needs, I will buy more if the price drops as well as many others I am sure.
