Wrong, even if a broken lease agreement exists that will not be the way it is settled. Also, this war will be at least 3-5 years out before an outcome for either side. Phenix lost to a summary judgement and the lawyers want to be heard to express their side. It did not happen this time so they will go back and request again or move higher in the courts to have their side heard.

Paul Alonzo held onto the pit when in bankruptcy and broke, no way he loses it now when he has the money and lawyers to fight for Phoenix.
