I spoke w/ Walter and he was under pressure to put out the release becuase of earlier statements that the results would be ready by the first week of February. He actually wanted to wait until the Petrographics studies (which are due out 2/9). I told him not to "force" press releases but to wait until the information is complete and, therefore, you can better summarize the reults in "layman" terms and he agreed. In summary, he stated the news was "good".

Regarding the stock I feel we did well today considering the question mark on the news release. I tested the mm's and put a small sell order in at .049 when the stock was at .049 they moved the ask to .05 and took the order right away. This is a good sign they are accumulating.

Walter is a "warm hearted" guy and he needs to learn how to not get swayed by others. The 2/12 meeting will have an "open" period to fire questions at Walter, I said you better be ready.

Regarding Dan, his skills are the use of the computer and the reserch and mapping of property. Walter guides him with the "spot" and Dan does his thing on the computer. I do not believe Walter has the skills or time to do the "detail" research on the computer. They seem to be a good team in doing this i.e. Walters knowledge and Dan's skills on the computer.

I did not probe him on anything that has not been released (future news) but I asked him how he felt the companies preogress was going and he was very happy.
