My research to date indicates berney was involved in the floating of twaa with krucker, as to the shell, thats being investigated. I can't say much more at this stage for various reasons. But I will tell you original agreement was with krucker money for "discounted" 40cent seed stock paid may 06, now sept 07 worthless after dilutions. Our reward for seed investors was restricted untradable stock (still restricted) while they plundered the stock and then defaulted on any payments as per investment agreement, nice classy way to treat supposed partners.We were played, money gone but not spirit. there will be a square up somewhere down the line.As I said I hope you guys ride the eventual pump and salvage from the wreckage. best of luck
