Harsh, I'm glad you have no anger or bitterness towards me. I understand what you consider pumping statements from the past. I also understand bashing statements from the past.

(I am, however, concerned that you have a very unreasonable vendetta against Tom. I urge you to keep that off this board.)

Past statements, both pro and con can only be measured by the known facts of the day and will prove correct or incorrect by time. So, we need to give each other that benefit.

You did in your post express frustration with "poor management, often times baseless misleading information..." Lets look at a post from Tom and see how it compares with your summation:

(Note: I am NOT an apologist for Tom, I haven't even spoken to him for quite a while.) You and I would both agree that the 50K is overly optimistic and in the near future won't happen. 35k is, so I don't fault him like you for the 15K difference, as it was just a projection/guess. The rest seems reasonable. This post might also shed some light on how other drills in ND might be funded.

For all, Wildcatter is T.L. His posts are good to review as to his side of the story, from his own keyboard. I will let him speak for himself. I have found it worthwhile to review many of his post from time to time as a balance for all the critics. For example: When he was accused of running a scam and P&D, he willingly put up the current share structure showing an increase of 11 Million share increase in 10+ months. Reviewing his posting history is very easy as he has only posted just more than 20 total posts.

Greetings to all. A few misconceptions need to be cleared up. One, we have what looks like a very good gas field in Mesa with a potential for up to 50 additional wells. Also, remember EDEX has two other prospects west of Mesa with 30,000 acres that have very similar PIP readings to Mesa. EDEX now has a solid double with only one well drilled but has a chance for a bases loaded home run if the additional wells prove out. Yes this is a potential company maker with up to 150 wells on the three leases. EDEX has a 33%W.I. in Mesa but will have more in the Taiban and Ft Sumner leases. EDEX is paid up on the cost over-runs on Mesa. Two, EDEX has a 6% W.I. in the ND well and paid cash for its position. The well could give EDEX a very large cash flow within 90 days. It has the potential to be over $50,000 per month from a $50,000 investment. There are dozens of additional drill sites identified in ND. The reason EDEX is in that well in the first place is that I personally put up 1.1 million shares of my stock for an option for EDEX to participate in this well and others to follow. EDEX may be in for a larger % on future wells. Three, EDEX has sold 3,300,000 shares for an average price of 3.3 cents for our share of Mesa and North Dakota costs. I also exchanged some of my preferred shares for common which I have given some to my wife, sons and brother for estate purposes. That may be where the 10,000,000 share bump in outstanding shares came from. All of my families shares are still in my desk. Four, EDEX does have some very big pockets waiting on results on both the Mesa and ND wells, so you should see we want these wells done as fast as anyone. Five, am I worth a salary of $15,000 a month and stock? I could do all of this by myself without being public and I wouldn't have to listen to Harshwords BS. If I perform and make EDEX a successful company I am worth it. If EDEX fails, so have I and my stock is worth the same as everyone else's----Zero. My hopes for EDEX are a lot bigger than we have been able to show so far, but we are very close to a breakout. We can give out news only when we have real facts, not just our best guess and am trying to be as clear of the Pump and Dump crowd as I can. Last,I have never lied to Harshwords but he has taken phrases out of context and used it for his own interpretation. I can be reached by phone always for questions. Except for Harshwords.
