GIBBER - why would it be dead money till next year if no news out tomorrow? Isn't tomorrow just the date they have to file a response? And if a response is filed and accepted my understanding is the SEC can give approval at any time.

Would appreciate your thoughts behind the relevance of tomorrow's date
