Of interest to note, now that you mentioned it, we just finally got the MESA permits. All the whiners about Mesa taking so long should first figure out the reason before coming up with their own fantasy to salve their bitterness or whatever emotion they are dealing with. Funny that they would rather live in fantasy than finding out the facts. One can spin it all being Tom's fault, but in reality, the issuer of the permit might have something to do with it also!
