One very disturbing thing in this stock is the OBV decline due to share dilution, you have to go back 3 years to see the pattern. Why would Thompson Financial track a grey market stock that has been diluted? It may be an attempt by an investor manipulate trading in this stock to create interest and continue dilution at a higher price or innocent attention due to peer listing. This type of operation is happening now on DIVA. I have not made any calls today because of unexpected workload (Monday).
