Believe me when I say I'm baffled. No matter how anyone slices the cake, an independantly drawn, 3rd party report on proven and probably reserves should cause virtually every O&G stock (that has proved reserves) to follow suit with the price of oil.

Whether a property owner sells or not, their property values go up as the market goes up.

Makes no sense, whether HMGP is selling oil or not, the reserves increase in value, just as real estate would.

It's baffling.
