GNOTE..thanks for the information..good to hear that the manager is available during the day , despite the restaurants opening hour being from 5pm to 9pm?? Is the manager washing the dishes during the day?? btw. having lived in Miami for 11 years , my experience was that the restaurant business top money hours were from 8.30pm till 11.30...but anyhow..what is really amazing is that some people are trying to convince gullible souls to invest in a restaurant...LOL are there not high tech, biotech, nano tech, hydro, bio fuel tech..etc companies to "invest".???..to my knowledge one goes to invest in a restaurant to enjoy a steak..or a glass of wine ,,LOL what a ridiculous concept to invest in a steakhouse..LOL...Maybe there is even a sub prime mortgage company to "invest" into..???
