New Wave Media Inc and Playstar finalized acquistion of Premier Mobile Technologies
TORONTO, Sept. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - New Wave Media Inc (OTC: NWWV.PK) has acquired Premier Mobile Technologies a subsidiary of Playstar Corporation (OTC: PLYCF.PK) on Thursday September 13,2007 on a one for one share basis.
Shareholders of Playstar will receive one new restricted NewWave Mobile share which our lawyers will file an S-4 which will take approximately 4 months to get finalized with the proper regulatory authorities.
NewWave media will now work with its transfer agent and DTC to deliver these shares to shareholders in a timely manner.
New Wave now can focus on its other goals at hand including the SEC filings, audits and dividend spin off which are both slated to be finished in the 4th quarter of this year.
