This delay is not good. Period.
Mr. Ryan clearly stated during the CC that the news would be pre market. When in fact the PR release was not even written yet nor reviewed by legal.

I'm sorry as much as I want this to go forward - this is bad - and it is not the first time for delays. And it is showing in the trading today.

No excuses - if he is the CEO than what is states should be set in stone.
