WRECK TOM ANSWER ME THIS PLEASE

How can Jim Cross bring a habitat to dive on your wreck in 200 feet of water in 2 weeks? deepblue only has a survey permit. They do not have a salvage permit for the site and I am sure the diving season will be over in November before they have one in place. Is this more bs from deepblue or what. Im becoming overly aggravated here. I still have not heard the CC but from what I have read from real investors here it sounds like more of wilfs BS hype machine in action. What am I missing here?
