Im asking for a debate on this, so that when the 8K comes out, we will have a better understanding of what the filing means.

The moment it comes out, there will be hysteria with obvious spin from both bears and bulls. I'd like to start that process now so that we have more time to analyze what we should be looking for from the 8K
