why doesn't he tell the shareholders!! not just behind the scenes. How about a well thought out plan to share with the people that kept him in business for the past few years?? Is that too much to ask?

He would have to dilute the stock 96% (24/25ths) just to get back to break even 'for him'. Trust me, he isn't worried at all about dilution, imho. What he does need is volume, and that comes from PR's.
