i dont exactly agree that gbdx has been on the up and up this whole time... when i did my dd and bought in, they were buying up shares to help increase shareholder value... and after new management comes in, a/s increases and price just hangs to sub pennies... and now voila, this pr is Not a tender offer and it's Not what was in the pipes from early spring... Will good things happen? I hope so... but now I am skeptical because now there Are alternative Negative possibilities..
