Here's the interesting thing. When IR was contacted circa August 15th. They stated: There will be a conference call in the next 2 or 3 weeks, but it will not be a recap of 2nd qtr results. To me this implies that they have known about this "significant corporate developement" for over a month. So it it could be a partnership and they have been working out the details and finalization over the previous 4-6 weeks. Its definately something that has been in the making, not just an approval. My opinion only.
