Load up on this one: Concierge Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:CNCG) today announced that a binding Memorandum of Understanding has been reached with Wireless Village, a provider of wireless broadband Internet services, that sets forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which Concierge would acquire all of the outstanding and issued shares of Wireless Village in a stock-for-stock transaction.
