I seldom post. However, I thought that in the current quiet period environment I might share a few thoughts. I have been a shareholder of SPZI for about 18 months and have accumlated a substantial position. What attracts me to specific stocks is a balance of risks/rewards coupled with potential. As I hold SPZI it helps me to reflect on my starting view of SPZI'S risk/ reward potential verus today's view.
IMHO when I first started buying SPZI, I saw it as a one revenue source product sales driven company with great people and a reasonable chance of success. We had a product launch failure. However, the SPZI people stayed with it. A concern which elevates the risk side of the equation is that several product launch dates have not been met. So, what keeps me with SPZI is:

The same people who were with SPZI 18 months ago are still there and they have added people in key positions with impressive resumes. Also, they remain communicative with shareholders.

Spooz v2 works as evidenced by SWARM and first hand demos reported here by a number of individuals. This will provide the revenue source for product sales.

SWARM is reported to be successful and will provide a second revenue source which IMO will be a reliable, growing, and consistent bottom-line contributor. This mitigates some of the risks that I felt 18 month ago.

This brings us to the "quiet period". IMO there is more at play here than some financing arrangement. A straight financing agreement for product launch and/or SWARM probably wasn't nescessary given the earier equity financing. These arrangements are usually simple to put together so it should not take this much time. It is my guess that a more complex arrangement of players and financing is being put together. The potential here could be substantial in the short-term and huge in the long-term.

This is why I feel that SPZI will make me more money than I have ever seen and I am sticking with it for quite awhile.

The above are simply my opinions. Please do not invest more than you can afford to lose and do your own DD.

Best wishes to all of us for a great time next week.
