Let's get something straight once and for all -weebles first start spelling my name correct- second you cross your stories - you said that you advised Steve not to go alone- first Steve is a big boy and he is supposed to be the CEO taking advise from you is a joke (remember I know Mario and Serge) second that's not how it began and maybe you want to prove me wrong on this one to.Friday night Steve went to the location and could not get in to begin with because Serge and Mario locked him out for not paying the rent in the last 3 months. Half an hour later the receivership company was there changing the locks - that's when Steve called the police then the police called Serge but by that time Serge had no saying in it anymore because it was a done deal with the legal papers saying that the company was in receivership. They had been trying to get Steve to sign the rent papers for almose a month and Steve kept putting it off. That's how it started with the police - prove me wrong 411, because you and Jannie say I should not be on the boards but am not an officer anymore - yet you have a CEO that would not even talk or call back an honest investor yet he is emailing you - obviously he is looking for cheap council. IMO
