Ann, I've always disliked the look and feel and navigation of the DNAP website. Like anything else though it is a function of how much you want to pay. A sexy site may not be the best use of funds currently. It also depends to some extent on what their ecommerce strategy si going forward. A few people have ideas about electronic service delivery in this context.
