From outa the filing......"CDEX - On July 6, 2007, the Company entered into a short term exclusive placement agreement (with limited exception) with Stonegate Securities for the purpose of assisting the Company in its capital raising efforts."

That "limited exception" means that Edge and them can still
hawk them?? And the ones that run Ole Fokes homes and insurance bidnesses can still sell them to their clients??

Would'nt wanta make them Boyos and Gals pist.
