yes, a lot of the discussion recently has been about the DTCC not clearing trades, but in actuality BCIT is not SEC/DTCC compliant as we are behind with 2 10q filings. so maybe once Megas releases the 2 filings the DTCC will let us go. i am keeping my hopes up that we get the filings in the near future. i have tried communicating w/ the DTCC and they basically just tell me to take a hike. etrade (though I don't trust a word they tell me) says that they are waiting to hear back from the DTCC and the TA regarding the share exchange. it is just one big circle jerk until Megas files the 2 10qs....and possibly releasing the 205 shares as none of us seem to know where those are.
