the only time services would be covered is if it is an unforeseen accident or injury out of the ordinary incident such as a broken limb or severe wound. For example services for a cold, sore throat, sinus infection or minor medical treatment would not be covered.

It is also the patients responsibility to provide medical documentation from the providers/hospitals rendering service along with detailed medical bills and any type of currency conversions as well as language translations if applicable.
