The CEO's name is Ed Herbert and from what I can find on him he was the CEO of PMRS which some believe he diluted out of business. I could never find much on what actually happened to PMRS. Still looking, when I have time, especially now that the pps is so low and the selling is either done or stopped while they wait for a run to sell into. Would like some answers from IR.
