I have spoken with my legal counsel (all former SEC) about issues here at IVOT.

The press release about the Tropical Screen et al merger indicated that the merger would be disclosed by August end.

Telephone conversations with the officers have always indicated that such was ongoing and true.

A poster indicated that he/she had spoken with the merger candidate, Tropical Screens/Aero et al, and he indicated that they could not comment and considered themselves in a "quiet period."

That is painfully obvious to most.

Said public and private claims have not thus far proven true, therefore, I will act accordingly with counsel.
