cargo_hauler, But why would they want to buy this company?

To get the technology or the patent?

The company could sell all that for $1 and there is not a damm thing the shareholders could do about it. Except maybe complain about it. There is nothing illegal or unethical about the company selling its assets. All they have to do is record the transaction on the balance sheet.

You're probably an honest person, and so I suspect that you are assuming that everyone else in this situation is going to act honestly. That is a major misconception and you could lose everything behind it.

I once owned stock in a penny stock company that built NOAA weather radios to pick up the emergency band; Sharecom - SHCC. One day the CEO set up another company that he owned exclusively, sold the weather radio to than new company for $5, then sold all of his SHCC stock to a 3rd party, and walked away. In the space of one day I transitioned from owning stock in a thriving concern to owning an empty shell. This is a true story and I lost $14,000.

I am not saying this will happen here but it certainly could.

All we know for sure is that Verisign reps Call Compliance's product, they act as a TeleBlock distributor. And this new PR says that Verisign is going to invest heavily in India, Canada, etc. in outsourcing telemarketing. As far as I know Verisign doesn't answer to Call Compliance for its other business activities. So please tell me how these two activities come together and help Call Compliance?

If you want to "connect the dots" on this one, that is your choice. But this is totally unfounded speculation on your part. As far as I am concerned, YOU are operating on Wishful Thinking only, with absolutely no proof to back it up. This is exactly the type of speculation that causes shareholders to lose all of their investment.

If Call Compliance comes out with a PR and says they are involved in Verisigns India expansion, THEN I will believe it. But you say they don't have to do that. Fine! Then it's NOT real. Until then it is only hype.

I am sorry if I sound rude, because you have done some great DD on this one, and shared it with others via the IBox. But this tenuous assertion of new biz for COPI in India is beginning to sound more like deliberate pumping and hyping. And I am really sorry to see this forum turn in that direction.

Just my opinion...
