LOL, you can not be more wrong.... there are several companies that offer level 2's for pinksheet companies...

Alphatrade, microcaptrade, etrade(if you're a customer and meet certain criteria for etrade) just to name a few....

quiet, PBLS is pink. There is no L2 for pinks.

If by L2 you mean the MM Bid/Ask lineup.

I am not aware of any retail broker that provides L2 for pinks sheet stocks. But you can get the T&S tape and real-time quotes.

I believe there is a vendor that does provide the MM order book for pink sheet stocks, but it costs about $30/mo. I might be able to look them up if you're interested.
