Ineedmoreshares .. I don't understand why you are saying that they still own that many shares. The filing says:

5. Amount of Securities Beneficially Owned at "END OF ISSURE"S FISCAL YEAR (Instr. 3 and 4) 5,374,838.
I thought since he sold 4,700,000 he would only have 674,838 shares left.Am I confused? (it's been known to happen ! LOL)
