Hi, I took a small position thurs and have been reading this board for a few days now. There seems to be a large number of quality posters that are invested in SWVC. Lots of reading though! lol I would like a clarification on the form 5 that was filed as I do think it has an important implication. The way I read the form is that after selling 4,700,00 the remaining ballance of ownership by KK after the sale is 5,374,830. This would mean that he retained 53% of his holdings. Sorry for long post.
