OptionsXpress EMail Regarding BCIT

From: skhan@optionsxpress.com
Sent: Wednesday, August 29, 2007 5:02 AM
Subject: BCIT Shares

Dear XXXXXX,

This email is to inform you that the BCIT shares that you had inquired about have been posted to your account.

Your BCIT shares were not transferable from your other broker, and we had to wait for a Letter of Indemnity from the clearing firm before we could post them to your account. The Indemnity letter was received by optionsXpress and thus your BCIT shares have been posted to your account. Thank you for your
patience.

Should you have any other questions, please contact us.

Sincerely,

Shuja G. Khan

i asked the poster to try to get us some clarification on what the letter of indemnity said... they didn't reply to my knowledge...

Letter Of Indemnity - Per Your Request

I will officially request for the letter of Indemnity from OptionsXpress but it will take sometime to/fro air-mail letter
and also, whether they will release the letter is another matter.

Megas said "Thank You" to me for updating the EMail from the recent OptionsXpress. He also requested me to ask for physical delivery of BCIT shares. I am hesitating to do that at the moment.

By Megas – BCIT will suggest the moment when those with broker contracts for the purchase of BCIT shares ask for their certs and in the event of non-delivery to sue. The court will not accept a broker blaming someone else in the supply chain, whether it be dtc, god or george bush. The buck stops with the broker. ( slight changes to the original sequence for easy understanding )
My opinion – It seemed that ultimately Mr.Megas is suggesting Court-Action but it must be done collectively but how to organize this !!!!! We prefer Mr.Megas to get BCIT trading again by court action directive to dtc ……

essentially? we are all traders here, and most got in for a reverse merger and short squeeze, and are still hoping for that..

IMO? all whiners and complainers are just silly... none of us should be under illusions when playing the pennies...
