Not saying that this is happening to VSPC, but have often observed that when you have huge volume combined with news that should move the price doesn’t it’s because someone is dumping / diluting at the current price level. Note that very recently VSPC volume spiked way up and has traded substantially more shares than normal. At the same time it’s struggling to hold .15, the OBV is shaky and they are putting out PR’s. Could it be that no traction = dilution at the present PPS?
