If anyone is interested, Ricky and The WHA lost their appeal against the suit by former employees for unpaid wages, etc. The court appointed bailiff has been working for about a month to locate any bank accounts, company assets, equipments, etc to cover the money owed. So far...nada.

Should be within the next 2 weeks or so approx when they make an official determination of who is and is not a director of the company (they will be personally liable for the wages if unable to collect from the company, which so far they haven't.) They have had to rule on the directors determination because all parties except RS (including Bobby Hull) are denying affiliation. So, all of the directors are claiming they are not directors and have nothing to do with this.

I still say it is compltetely unethical to not pay your staff...and leave so many employees high and dry...but I guess not every CEO/director is an ethical or honest person.
