You assume NEOM is going to win; I do not make that assumption at all. The way this company has ben managed, and I suspect their lawyers are of no greater quality than manangement, I would not assume they win. In fact, I would not be surprised if the delays are being orchestrated by NEOM, if that is possible. And what if they lose? What would the value of this 1.8 penny conglomerate be woth then?
