No excuses for needing the weekend to finish what should of been done a month ago. Then they get an extension for another 30 days. Be real here. They have no intention on filing anytime soon and if they did its going to be a disaster . Even the worst companies come clean sooner or later and tell the public unless your another Enron but at least they had real money.
