I do think that what Tom has in store will be outstanding. I have never bashed the company and I will not do that. I want to see the overall project succeed.

As I stated before, I would rather do my shopping at a store like Wisebuy's than at WalMart.

In the end, I am confident that all issues will be resolve one way or the other and the growth of Wisebuy's will continue.

Now as for the stock price right now, I want to wait till there are more stabilizing developments before treating it as just a trade and jumping in because of emotional factors. Got burnt to many times like that in my learning period.

Now as for matters at hand, the finalization has been delayed, the CIK is not transferred to SWVC(it's still in the GS Carbon name). Those for me at least are obstacles that need to be resolved.

I kinda have the feeling like Warhorse, when the filings happen I will jump in with both feet. Till then, it is a trading stock and not an investing stock IMO.

In reality, SWVC is an empty shell at this point because nothing is finalized. Once it is, then I will lend more support to the final prize.

Like I said, been burnt bad before. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Maybe I am to cautious, but rather safe than sorry. I do still have a buy order in and I will adjust it accordingly to developments with the company.
