This just in:

Compliance Systems Corp has just announced the opening of five Payless shoe stores in Backhomeridge, Montana. Current IHub expert analysis places the market cap of such a chain at north of $500MM. Given the current float, we should see a .12 cent boost in PPS by EOlunch.
