I talked to the company about the 10k amendments. The main difference was during the time the shell company was taken over. I have not studied it in that much detail but it looks like the company is correct here. Unfortunately I have to learn about the company through the MBs. According to the company they do not listen to them and said the information is not good. I have to disagree with the company here. I have to monitor them to find out what is going on. I question if the company is close to getting SEC approval. This company is 10 times better than CFPC & CYrx and look they still are not listed on the NASDQA or the AMEX. I agree with Iceman on one thing I believe he is right it will not get listed until next yr. So the earnings are the only hope until next yr.
