MHII HAVE 202,000,000 shares as i saw at the q2 report that 202k market capital for company that made 1 million dolar net profit from 1/1/2007 . If was dilution after the q2 i don't know for sure and how many shares are currently out standing is the mystery but the pps is to low IMO.
