For those that are about to post that Big Oil takes risks all the time...well, tell me the last Big Oil that ponied up 1.5 billion dollars (that would only be $2/share) for our percentages...in total speculation? No probable...no proven...no operatorship...no control. Oh, and for a company that is still under investigation by SEC/DOJ?

There will be no mergers, no buy-in's, and no buy-out's IMHO. And that's fine with me. I like what we have...although I would like it even better if the investigation was to come to a close and the new BOD would shore up the confidence in ERHC.
